Day One is a new type of school for emerging entrepreneurs, backed by Gary Vaynerchuk, Antler, 27 Ventures, and more. Since 2020, Day One has helped over 500 founders launch 200+ companies in every industry. We worked with Day One for nine months to develop their brand foundation, lead all marketing and content efforts, as well as product design.

The Marquee Content Series

We started by producing Founders Found Here, a 9-part, highly produced video series where we interviewed top entrepreneurs to dig into the messy side of being a founder. The long-form episodes were published bi-weekly on YouTube and the audio versions were published as a podcast on Spotify.

The main goal of the series was to inspire and engage new top-of-funnel audiences with the CTA to "apply now to an upcoming Day One cohort".

Additionally, we used these long-form episodes as "fuel" for the rest of our content. Each episode was later broken into 6-8 short-form clips, which were scattered across all of Day One's social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).

We used cutting-edge AI tools to pull hundreds of short-form clips out of the long-form episodes. These clips allowed us to post multiple times a day in 9:16 format on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, as well as 1:1 format on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Newsletter

We translated each of our short-form clips into Future Founders, a weekly newsletter for the most ambitious people in every industry who are thinking about starting their next big thing. Over the course of a few months, we grew the newsletter by 150% to thousands of readers with a 40% average open rate.
Blog

Every newsletter publication was translated into the Day One blog, drastically boosting their SEO rankings by automatically publishing new long-form written content to the Day One CMS on a weekly basis.
